Location is perfect.

Very spacious and extremely well located with functional bathroom and nice terrace are the plusses. But the queen bed in master bedroom is a disaster. Sitting on the side, one sinks almost to the floor. Second bedroom has one great twin bed and another that is marginally better than the queen disaster. My wife, with her broken arm, slept upright on sofa, while I slept soundly on the one functional twin. Well priced, but no bargain given the dysfunctional queen bed.

Very central in Monreale and a lovely suite. The staff member was exceptionally helpful even though we arrived late and she went with us to show us where to park. She then came back again in the morning to check that the parking was free as the meter was broken.

This hotel is wonderful. Nice large and well appointed rooms. The host is very helpful. The Cathedral is stunning. A must see! Finding the property and parking can be difficult. We struggled the first time, but no problem the second time!

Above and beyond service from hotel personnel
Above and beyond service from hotel personnel - especially Daniele and young lady- receptionist. Helped to park the car and bring it back at the right time - saving a lot of hassle and money. The only "room for improvement" - bed quality. Other than that - best experience during 2 week Italian trip (Milan to Palermo drive).

Solid place to stay. Easy access to Palermo
The staff, Daniele the director and Grazia at the desk were terrific! Helpful, friendly and truly accommodating. Our room, however, was a little dark and dreary. But...The bathroom was super! Updated and a wonderful shower. Also breakfast was good and there is a great terrace on which to sit while eating. It is a great place to stay and certainly reasonable!

Staff goes above and beyond. We had an early flight and they accommodated us with an early breakfast. Perfect location in town a few minutes walk from the cathedral. We were in a junior suite and it was extremely nice. If driving to this hotel, take time reviewing how to enter the city. Several ways in are particularly challenging.

A trek, but worth it.
We were very happy with our stay here. We parked in the lot 5 minutes below the town which cost 20€ but was worth it as parking and safety is difficult all over Sicily. Once we found our hotel we walked down by the main plaza and paid a taxi 10€ to take the short trip down hill to get our suitcases and back up to the plaza. Walking back to the car with bags is easy when you leave. The room could have been a bit cleaner and the shower is small but the room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was basic but fine with sweets, breads, and cereal.

It is very closed to the Church and the room condition is very good subject to the price. Reception is friendly but do not go to the restaurant she recommended, it tasted so bad. The pillows are very uncomfortable. The room is very big, has a living room and sleeping room. No parking, very difficult to find.

Very nice place in Monreale
Very spacious rooms, with a living and separate bedroom. Quite close to the cathedral in Monreale and the old town area. You'll need to park in a nearby parking lot, but this is normal for 'centro historio' hotels and it's an easy pull for the luggage up to the hotel. We had a good variety of meats and cheeses and of course pastries and rolls for breakfast. Very accommodating - would definitely recommend it.

Only 3 stars, unbelievable!
Great hotel in centre of the city. You can only access the hotel on foot, as you are in a pedestrian area. Overnight public parking is free from 8pm to 9am. Out side these times you pay 50cents an hour.

Wonderful location
Fantastic!! Central location, very clean, well kept, and blackout curtains meant a good nights sleep. Staff very helpful and really tried to speak English which was much much better than my Italian so I was grateful Would most definitely stay again which is more than I can say for the hotel I chose in Palermo.

Wonderful space in Monreale centre
Not easy to find as some other reviews highlight. It is in an area which is pedestrianised during the day. We parked in a nearby street and found it on foot. From that point on, everything was wonderful. Daniele (the owner) is an enthusiastic and helpful host. He drove our car to the hotel and unloaded the luggage and then on to the car park (additional cost 20 euro/day). He also explained how we could have left the car parked in street parking at less cost, but we preferred not to leave the car parked on narrow streets. "Room" was a large suite - large bedroom with large separate sitting room and very good shower in the bathroom. Excellent restaurant recommendations from Daniele too.

This was fine for us, but you should know that going in to your experience at this recommended hotel.

Lovely hotel
We had a suite which was beautifully appointed. Breakfast was good and the WiFi great. The hotel parking was temporarily closed so we had to park some 5 minutes away but Daniele was a great help.

A very warm welcome was given by the receptionist who was amused as I said wow several times as she showed us our superior room. The accommodation is on three levels connected by a staircase. The bathroom, bedroom and living room were beautiful and well appointed. There is a large patio/balcony facing other residences. In the living room there is a kettle for those who want tea/coffee at any hour. Also a well stocked fridge with room for your own purchases. Very comfortable bed with luxury linens. Very good elevator access. We would go back in an instant!

Staff and hotel difficult to improve upon...a bit challenging to find, but well worth the effort (turn at the fruit and veg man!) clean, spacious--the garage a bit of a tight fit, but staff all seemed quite competent in insertion and extraction! Extremely safe and comfortable, and just at the top of the street, the passagiata was in fine form. Loved it.

This hotel deserves all the praise it has had from other travellers. Situated a stone's throw from the famous Duomo of Monreale. Daniel is exceptionally helpful and pleasant. We had a superior room (102) which had a superbly comfortable bedroom with double bed and enormous wardrobe space. Also a sitting area with a comfortable convertible sofa. Two flat screen TVs! (Only Italian programmes though) Locked parking available at 10 euros a day. Immaculate bathroom. Opened about 18 months ago and fitted out to a very high standard. Very good value for money.

A great find
It's an immaculate and lovely hotel, small, well-situated, and well-priced. Just follow the signs when you come into town, and before turning onto the incredibly narrow street on which the hotel is located, get out and talk to Daniel, at the desk. He'll park it for you. He's a very helpful, great host. We had the three-person suite, which was terrific. It included a small living room, terrace, extra bedroom and lovely bedroom, wifi, tv and air. The hotel is light and beautifully decorated. We were very happy with the choice.

Monreale gem
Handsomely appointed, new decor, spacious rooms, helpful and friendly staff, very difficult to find, impossible to park (unless you park in the hotel internal parking). Great location for Monreale duomo. Monreale town itself not a grewat attraction, but if you want to visit Monreale duomo you can;t get a better location

Great stay.
We had a wonderful experience here. The suite was unexpected. Daniele was terrific, and went out of his way to help us. It was great to have him making a fresh orange juice at breakfast, and to catch him bringing in the fresh bakeries and bread from the bakery on the corner. This was one of the best places we stayed in in Sicily.

Very nice hotel for this price, in the Middle of the City . We got a recommendation from hotel manager for restaurant next door and it ended up being the best dinner we have had so far on This trip. Room is clean, nice breakfast on a small terrace. At night we found some live music performance. We had a very pleasant stay and recommend this place. Nice bathroom and Shower.
