The guy at the reception counter was incredibly nice - he helped me out with the wifi situation. The wifi wasn't working for a couple of days and I had to use my data (boo) but that's not their fault - I just took it up w/ IT. The rooms were nice and felt secure as a student travelling abroad. It was close to downtown which was a perk - everything was within walking distance. I'd definitely recommend this place to future student travelers.

Room wasn’t ready when I arrived. Offered a free drink at the bar whilst the room was being prepared, but no one came to tell me when it was ready. Was able to check in after about an hour. Otherwise an enjoyable stay.

Friendly arrival when we arrived. Room was comfortable, with plenty of space to get spread out. Breakfast was good, but limited. Same choice each day. Needs a better variety. Location was good. A 20ish minute walk from the bus station, and similar to the Hydro. Overall value was decent.
