Although it is a new property and errors are yet unseen and unknown , when an issue is brought to his attention, he accommodates the guest appropriately and in a timely manner. This type of hospitality and customer service is shined upon in my eyes. I have found a new resting place during my travels. The entire staff is phenomenal."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there was a strong cooking smell in our room the first night we were there. Our room was 301, So we asked to be moved to another room farther away from the breakfast area. They were happy to move us the next day all the way to the other end of the hallway on the 4th floor. That was much better. The outside pool was nice, but could have been cleaned a little better. There were leaves on the bottom of the pool and some floating on top. The safe in the room we changed to was not working, so we let them know and they came up right away to fix it. It needed a new battery and the gentleman that fixed it was very nice and said if there was anything else we needed to just let him know! We like staying here because it’s a great location, close to downtown. The breakfast was very good, they change it up each day with different meats and eggs. All in all it’s a very nice place to stay."

"This could have been a “WOW Stay”; one staff member was ignorant. 1 housekeeper, I asked her name, she said, Marie. 1st day she got smart when I ask her how to we request towels, since u only come every other day- which I understand that, that’s standard (I’m one of the most polite people u will ever meet.)3rd day , we had no clean towels, ask her with her cart full of towel for 1 wash cloth, she said no, it’s for the rooms & gave me 2 large towels, so that what I took my shower with. Sad! Overall, everyone else was more than nice; other housekeeper, front desk, breakfast person & maintenance man! Very clean place! Teach her a refresher on customer service to & not to b so task focus!"
