"Air conditioning didn’t work and they had no resolution for us. Ended up checking out after one night and booking a new hotel. There is no lobby, it’s just a different restaurant so a strange vibe all around. Staff was not helpful and I’m still awaiting a refund and response from the manager. WiFi also did not work."
