10/10 Excellent

"Stayed two nights during our visit to Zermatt recently. Excellent hotel, very close to the train station, no problems walking to the hotel with rolling suitcases. The location is excellent, easy walk to the Main Street with shopping and restaurants. Room was good size , didn’t feel cramped. Nice and clean bathroom, may be the bath cube area was little smaller but manageable. Breakfast was included and was excellent with many choices. Also front desk staff are nice. Overall very happy with our stay."

"The property is in a great location and the staff was warm and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful with a wonderful old world charm and lot a of conveniences as well. Only 2 disappointments during our stay. We booked a room that said it would have a partial view of the Matterhorn which it had none. Upon asking we were told it wasn’t guaranteed and it would cost considerably more $$ to switch to a room with a view. And secondly, we made a reservation for a ride to the train station on our departure date only to find they were taking another party at our time. We were told not to worry but by the time the shuttle returned we had less than 10 minutes until our train was set to leave and we ended up missing our train by 1 minute. We had a. Long day off traveling ahead and this put a real kink in our schedule. The front desk needs a better was to track reservations for their shuttle service I"

"共有の電子レンジと冷蔵庫は地下にあります。部屋にはケトル、テレビ、ドライヤーがありますが、エアコンはありません。他のスイスのホテルでは扇風機が置かれていることが多かったのですが、このホテルにはなさそうでした。立地はとても便利で、どの鉄道駅にも比較的近く、大きなスーパーマーケットもすぐそばにあります。私たちの部屋からはマッターホルンは見えませんでしたが、朝食会場やホテルの庭からはきれいに見ることができました。朝食はやや質素な印象ですが、スイスでは一般的なのかもしれません。おかず系は少なく、パン、ハム、チーズ、ゆで卵、ヨーグルト、フルーツ、シリアルといったラインナップでした。私たちが宿泊した時は、東アジア系の宿泊者が多い印象でした。今回は独立した湯船付きのお部屋に宿泊しましたが、水栓がどうしても閉まらず…。気づいた時にはすでにフロントが閉まっていて、結局湯船に入れませんでした。宿泊される方は、21:30前までに一度お湯をためられるか確認しておくことをおすすめします！"

"The hotel has a modern lodge feel and the staff were so kind and helpful. The PeakFine restaurant was simply delicious and the staff were so attentive. We had the panoramic family room with an amazing view of the Matterhorn! This was the highlight of our trip to Switzerland. I definitely highly recommend this hotel and would come back in the future."
