"The location is very good, get to the catherdral from the garden only takes 3 minutes. We can see Etna from our balcony. The Sky roof top restaurant is vey nice, good food and wine, with view of Etna. Breakfast is also there, very nice selections."

"Antonella, Mateo and Mario were super professional and helpful. They were there whenever we needed a car service, restaurant assistance or tour guide. This hotel is close to town and easy to get to the bus for traveling.Thank you it was an amazing trip and I would recommend this hotel. "

"Great property with a great staff. However, parking is an issue. There is very limited parking but it is not associated with the hotel. The hotel staff were no help with parking. "

"My family and I had an excellent stay! We stayed in the Presidential Suites and were very impressed. The room was gorgeous and the view from the balcony was fantastic. The staff was extremely accommodating and kind. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!"

"We ordered a room with the Seaview and got an amazing balcony with incredible views 180°. Service was good staff was friendly. Yes you had to climb up a steep ramp to get from the hotel to the main street, and if you had a handicap, you would not be able to do that. But we were prepared for that based on other reviews. And we’re fine with it. Cental location was wonderful "
