Private: terraced garden, 1 ha with wildlife garden and trees, natural garden, swimming pool fenced (9 x 4 m, depth 110 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 25.Apr. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the complex: sauna, steam room, hot tub (all extra). 1 km long narrow motor access. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Grocery 1 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 3 km, railway station "Montecatini Terme" 4 km, sandy beach "Lido di Camaiore" 55 km.
