Overall, it was an average stay. The room was nice and spacious, but the bathroom was quite small, and the water pressure was a bit weak. The pool wasn't usable during our visit. The location was convenient and close to everything. Nothing particularly stood out, but it was adequate for a short stay.

When booking we opted to pay at the property upon check in. However, they called us before our arrival and demanded payment in full to keep our reservation. The bed was uncomfortable. We were given 2 bath towels for a 2 night stay, when requested for 2 more clean towels they only allowed 1. Aside from that the rooms was nice, clean and quiet.

No a/c but that is to be expected along northern Cali Coast. One/two blocks from all of Carmel shopping. Staff is absolutely wonderful!! I would definitely stay here again.
