The hotel was nice. The parking can be tight. The beach is within walking distance, restaurants in Pacific City is a quick drive. Our complaint would be the beds and pillow were too firm for us and we woke up sore. It was hot upstairs no AC and the fan provided helped but you are unable to open the window to let cool air in. You can open the door onto balcony and even though it seemed safe, didn't sleep with the door open. The breakfast was doughnuts, oatmeal and yogurt with juice/coffee. Overall we enjoyed the stay. The owners are definitely trying to be helpful and make sure you are happy.

very clean and well organized. the fireplace warmed up the room quickly and there was very little outside noise despite being close to the main road. did not stay for the breakfast but would def go back. everything was convenient and clean. very impressed
