"The hotel was gorgeous- the staff was amazing, the location was perfect. There was one flaw. The WiFi was horrible on every floor except the lobby - it was constantly dropping and since cell signal in the area was bad we would have trouble utilizing the internet to find restaurants, buy tickets etc…. I am sure they will get the WiFi fixed and those hotel will be great. Even with the WiFi issues, I highly recommend it."

"The main building is a great location but the garden view jr suite was a nightmare! No one informed us it was a walk up hill then 52 steps to the room. Our 75 yr old mom was up there and it made for an exhausting trip for her. Also no instructions on how to open very difficult door locks and they were trapped in the room - major fire hazard! Definitely need better descriptions about where rooms are located and instruction on door locks."

"The hotel lobby vibe is very energetic and positive. The staffs are amazing and helpful. My room is on the first floor with no lift access and they help us to bring up to our room and carry it down for check out. I had an injury of my wrist and needed ice compression and they were very kind to give me the ice pack for free. However, room is slightly cramped for 2 30” luggages"

"Truly exceeded our expectations. The staff were wonderful, always friendly and ready to help with anything I needed. The views from my room were unbelievable, offering breathtaking scenery that made my stay even more memorable. And we enjoyed a great breakfast with plenty of delicious options to choose from. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay."

"We spent two nights here during our stay in the CT. The staff was wonderful : very accommodating, friendly and hospitable! The restaurant located in the hotel is exceptional! Every meal we had there was beautifully plated, tasted amazing and very authentic. We even saw the chef rolling out the gnocchi in the afternoon for dinner service. The rooms are a little dated and need some updating, but the pool is beautiful and location is convenient to the train station. Definitely call for the shuttle, because climbing that hill in July was BRUTAL! That was our fault for trying it though! Overall, we had a wonderful stay here and the restaurant is really worth the trip alone!"

"Rooms were clean and air conditioning was strong, which we especially appreciated after a few very hot days in Rome. Staff was kind and helpful. Amenities made our stay so easy - luggage room to use after checking out, beach towels, and a bathroom with shower next to reception."
