"The hotel is clean and in a good location. It advertised air conditioning. As soon as we walked into the room we noticed it was hot. We turned the AC on. 2 hours later it was still hot. Like sitting in shorts hot. We called down to ask for someone to check on the unit. Waiting an hour and a half. Called again. Waited another 30 minutes before we headed out. Let the front desk know. When we returned, one of the panels to the ceiling was open but the temperature never changed. It being $5 for a coffee from the bar is very expensive. However the evening staff in the bar a very friendly and offer excellent service. The bathroom in our room had a tub/shower. However there is no shower curtain. A piece of glass covers less than half the length of the tub. When you shower, the whole floor and sink area gets soaked. This being the only sink in the room means when anyone goes to wash their hands, their socks get soaked. Install a shower curtain!"

"Great room, very comfy beds. Super convenient for the train to Paris and the airport. Comprehensive breakfast which didn’t leave you wanting with super coffee machines. Staff very friendly and a very quick check in."

"The property was under renovation whilst this was not communicated to us before our stay. This was not an inconvenience but we would have chosen a different property should we have known. We were told by staff that this was the case for the past year and looks like it needs more time to finish! Having said this this hotel is super centrally located and very convenient close to amenities. The photos on hotels.com are nothing close to reality especially given the renovation being undertaken Hot water in the shower is warm at best!"

"We like staying at CitizenM airport hotels. We enjoy the semi-artistic atmosphere and a fun vibe. We like the modern if modest rooms and when we are ready to leave a country, it just feels right. For this particular place, we had trouble finding it because none of the communications from either Hotels.com or the hotel actually told us how to get there from the airport or train station. The staff were very nice and professional and worked very hard. The hotel could use more employees because you see the same indispongo a lot of different things."

The only thing I wish they had was to-go tray just in case for those who don’t want to eat breakfast with the others… some people might have anxiety as well ..the hotel have the whole world come and visit the the choice to go to reception and want to exchange money should not be limited . We shouldn’t only go to the airport to exchange for euros there should be multiple options other than that I would book with them again if the choice was given..…."
