The Appartement was cozy and well situated. The administration around makes everything easy to manage and to find (e.g. selfchecking) It could be helpful to get an emergency phone number and you have to take horseshoes with because the ground is cold

We are very disappointed with Expedia and particularly Bellvilla. On this trip through Europe, we booked several services through the Expedia app, both in Spain and France, and had no problems. Upon arriving in Paris and checking into our accommodation, we found a damaged sofa bed, only two towels (we reported our party was of four adults), no internet, no telephone line, no television service, and we weren't even sure if the heating was working properly. We reported this via message, as instructed on Expedia. Receiving no response, we reported it the next day via email to the service provider, but again received no reply. It goes without saying that, being on a trip, we did not have a landline to call. It is important to mention that even the Holafly service we subscribed to was not working at the property, forcing us to get wet and go out into the garden to try to find some kind of signal. On the third day of our stay, the power went out completely, forcing us to book a room at another hotel with the additional economic expense and leave our rented property in the dark. It should be noted that the rest of the building had electricity, except for the basement where the rental apartment is located. Therefore, it is obvious that we properly reported the situation—both through our own channels and those provided by Expedia. The deplorable condition of the property and the service provider's unwillingness to intervene are also evident. We pity any future customers of this place

Mein Aufenthalt hier war einfach traumhaft! Die Aussicht aus dem Apartment war herrlich, und ich genoss meinen Morgenkaffee mit diesem Ausblick. Die Frühstücksmöglichkeiten in der Nähe waren fantastisch, und dank der nahegelegenen Vélib-Station konnte ich die Stadt wunderbar mit dem Fahrrad erkunden. Ich kann diese Unterkunft jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der Paris erleben möchte!

Ich habe kürzlich in diesem Apartment im 3. Arrondissement gewohnt und war wirklich beeindruckt. Die Lage ist unschlagbar! Da die Metrostation Château-d'Eau nur zwei Gehminuten entfernt ist, konnte ich ganz Paris bequem erkunden. Das Apartment selbst war geräumig und gut ausgestattet und somit der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für meine Reise.

Ein charmantes kleines Apartment mit gemütlicher Atmosphäre! Die Lage war perfekt und es war blitzsauber. Es bot alles Notwendige für kurze und lange Aufenthalte und stellte außerdem Regenschirme und Adapterstecker von Großbritannien auf EU bereit, was eine nette Geste war.

Diese Unterkunft ist perfekt gelegen, in der Nähe der Place du République und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt, von dem aus man direkt zum Flughafen fährt. Auch alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind schnell zu erreichen, sodass man Paris bequem erkunden kann. Das Marais-Viertel ist einfach bezaubernd! Die Unterkunft bot alles, was wir brauchten, darunter eine angenehme Heizung, ein bequemes Bett und eine tolle Dusche. Morgens gab es Kaffee und eine Küche, in der wir uns selbst etwas zubereiten konnten, wenn wir mal nicht auswärts essen wollten. Ein ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Vielen Dank!

Was für ein Juwel! Diese Wohnung im Herzen des 3. Arrondissements ist perfekt, um Paris zu erkunden. Dank der Nähe zum RER-Bahnhof Gare de l'Est waren Tagesausflüge ein Kinderspiel. Die Cafés und Geschäfte in der Umgebung trugen zusätzlich zum Charme bei. Ich würde definitiv wieder hier übernachten!

Diese Unterkunft ist perfekt, wenn man Paris erkunden möchte! Die Lage ist super, nur wenige Minuten von der Metro entfernt. Das Apartment war geräumig und gemütlich, ein paar Handtücher mehr wären aber schön gewesen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und die Atmosphäre war genau richtig für einen entspannten Urlaub. Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!
