Montseny Natural Park Holidays

The staff was so helpful with the ridiculous amount of luggage we had! They were kind welcoming and were eager to help! Great location in Barcelona! We will be back

Nice property with good amenities and a central location for transit around city.

Hotel was conveniently located near the airport, and the airport shuttle ran about every half hour all throughout the day and night. (However, don't count on the driver to assist with loading your luggage in the back of the shuttle bus - there's a sign on the bus door that says they won't). Lobby was clean, but there were buckets sitting around to catch rain leaking from the ceiling. There is a bar restaurant and another restaurant. We ate in the bar restaurant, where there were about 8 other tables of people. It took over an hour to be served a bowl of soup and a cheese pizza. The halls were extremely dark, and we walked about 10 feet in total darkness before it triggered the lights to come on. The hall was lined with quite a few room service trays both on arrival and our departure. The room was clean, and included a hot water pot with coffee / tea packets, a blow dryer, and shampoo/bath gel. It was spacious enough. The complimentary airport shuttle was the big draw for us (as long as you don't need assistance loading your luggage).

Little boutique gem in the heart of sitges - a new hotel which had a couple of bugs which were swiftly resolved by the attentive staff
