Backing onto trees with a wonderful bubbling hot tub, Hamilton Lodge is the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and spend time with your favourite people.. 3 steps to entrance.

Grounds with patio and garden furniture (shared with other properties on-site). Children’s play area (shared). Hot tub for 4 (private). Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: Sorry, no hen or stag parties. There is a lake in the grounds.. Hamilton Lodge is wonderful, bright, airy and comfortable lodge for couples, friends or a small family to have some downtime. Relax in the bubbling hot tub on the raised deck around the lodge and sit and watch the world go by. Hamilton Lodge has a lovely outdoor space, comprising of a terrace, hot tub sunken into the decking, outdoor furniture, and a gate to the small open field behind the property. Relax in front of the Smart TV with Sky, and cosy up in front of the additional modern fire.
This 40-acre country park is home to a pretty lake with resident swans and wildlife where you can take an evening stroll, then perhaps have something to eat on-site or take a few minutes’ drive to one of the many restaurants and pubs nearby.
Children will love Northumberland Zoo, which is only half a mile or within walking distance for those who enjoy walking. Burgham Park Golf course is also only half a mile and is ideal for the golfers in the family. Alnwick is home to the Duke and Duchess of Northumberland, and you can visit the majestic castle used in some ’Harry Potter’ scenes and explore the enchanting water gardens, then meander the streets soaking up the history.
Morpeth is a very pretty little market town with some wonderful bars and restaurants, and an Edwardian shopping arcade to explore, as well as river boats down on the River Wansbeck. Felton has an award-winning café and a friendly pub serving lovely food and drinks.
Being close to the A1 means you can travel in all directions going somewhere different every day. Enjoy a day over at Hadrian’s Wall taking in the Roman forts and glorious countryside, or perhaps the Dark Sky International National Park would appeal. Partake in some retail therapy in Newcastle, where you can enjoy the quayside and culture of the streets and buildings.
