"What a bad experience. The place was a dump and the staff was like something out of a bad movie. We had a change in plans that forced us to find a hotel last minute during a busy big city weekend. Unfortunately this was the only option. Everything from foul smells, stained and dirty sheets, and a staff that seemed like they may be being trafficked. After one night we moved hotels and of course were refused a refund for the second night. Do yourself a favor and sleep in your car or even under a bridge if this is your only option."

"Took awhile for rm to get cool didn't know about a 100$charge but was told on check out it could take 3 to 10 days for it to be credited back otherwise the stay was good "

"Parking lot was being sealed which made checking in a challenge. Charged a pet fee of $45 rather than the $25 that was the listed fee online when I made the reservation."

"This property was very disappointing. The common areas were extremely unclean, and there was a strong odor throughout the building. The listing did not indicate that the environment would smell like smoke, which made the experience uncomfortable. I reached out to the hotel and to Hotels.com about the condition of the room, but neither was willing to offer a resolution. Based on my experience, the condition of the property did not match what was presented on the booking site."

"2 guest 1 face was given each time we asked for clean towels no room service on a daily for emptying trash or given new towels we had to ask daily for towels "

"Was in town for a sporting event. Great location and room was a good size and clean. Check in was an interesting experience. Very little interaction, very transactional and now clear guidelines given on how to find our room, and no information was provided regarding the breakfast facilities/times etc was given. Personally I find having an airpod in during a customer interaction a little unprofessional but I could just be old fashioned and used to the customer service of more recognized chains. Overall, decent stay. It served our needs well and would stay again."

"Well there was cops on the neighboring abandoned a property also the cops were in the parking lot of the hotel that we are at there was screws in the windows of our room and I could tell others it was a further drive to what our original destination. It seemed like they were doing a stakeout for our hotel at any point in time the hallway floors were not clean neither was our room the room was decent but I would expect any type of a refund because of the inconvenience of where it was rated also where it said it was always supposed to be like 14.66 mi away it was further than that I wouldn't recommend the room or the hotel or a property for anything there was also construction going on within the facility itself which was never advertised"

"I had a horrible experience with this particular location. First off, when I asked the front desk for another blanket for my kids bed they originally told me “NO” and that I shouldn’t have more than 5 people in the room anyway……Well I have 6 kids and I am not splitting them in different rooms. I finally was given an other blanket. Then I had to go back to the front desk and ask them to turn the music down as it was loud enough to be a club. Then to top it off there was no hot water for showers!!!! The roof leaked when it was storming and they had no idea if there was a tornado shelter as we were under a tornado watch during my stay. Will not recommend this hotel or stay in any other Wyndham hotel. "
