The Space:
Welcome to "The Marigold" Suite, a luxurious space for comfort and relaxation. The luxurious studio is fully equipped with a large kitchenette with waterfall quartz countertops, lux backsplash, full fridge and convection microwave. The renovated suite is also appointed with a comfortable king bed and coffee bar with dual brew options. The bathroom is complete with large walk-in shower and luxurious new tile flooring.

Self check-in is easy and convenient with our touchscreen smart lock, so you can simply relax and unwind in your home away from home.

If you want to "escape" the hustle... get away from it all... this is the gift you've been waiting for :)

Guest Access:
You'll have exclusive access and private entrance to the Marigold suite. You may see friendly faces now and then as other guests may be staying at other listings on the property.

The Neighborhood:
We are located on the very heart of downtown Mount Dora, only minutes from delicious boutique restaurants, fine dining, and charming local shops. This is a truly unique place. 38 minutes from downtown Orlando.

Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft are available on-demand, and of course the area is quite walkable as well with many shoppes and tasty tidbits nearby :)

Yes, we have lightning-fast fiber optic internet and WiFi, in fact, we're known for some of the fastest internet in the U.S., which we're very proud of :)

"What's the monthly rate? Can I lease month to month?"

If there's a full month available with no existing bookings, you're welcome to select the dates and the app will show you the pricing breakdown for your date range. We've had many guests book 30+ nights and we do offer a large 20% discount for monthly bookings. Also, for your safety and convenience, we only book through this app (no traditional leases or "under the table" agreements). If the dates are available, you're welcome to book multiple months and the app will charge you once a month (the same rhythm as a traditional lease).

"What kind of coffee maker do you have?"

We have a drip coffee machine, it can brew a steaming hot cup with single-serving or an entire pot of fresh coffee, per your preference. I’m also happy to provide coffee and filters, on the house :) If you have a specific brand of coffee that you enjoy, you're welcome to bring that, too.

This olace is so convenient to downtown . We walked everywhere it was so nice not to have to get into a car and drive . It was very clean and spacious for the two of us . Loved the outdoor seating area to sit with a glass of wine and read

Green and cozy in Mount Dora

We enjoyed our recent two day stay at the estate at Mount Dora. It was cozy and clean and comfortable. The location was ideal as it was conveniently within walking distance of a number of restaurants. The property had very tall, shade trees, and a variety of plantings, which provided a nice secluded field to the property. Our little Boston enjoyed it, as well, as it had a cute little fenced in back patio area. We only wished it had some furniture, or some sort of seating, as depicted in the listing photographs. We would recommend a stay at the estate at Mount Dora, for all of these reasons.

Perfectly located! Nice accommodations!

We chose The Estate at Mr Dora because of the price (about 30/night less) and the presentation on VRBO. We literally walked to our first dinner at Jeremiah’s. You are literally five blocks from the main downtown of Mount Dora. If you like to walk this is the place for you!!!It is a nicely updated hotel-Like room. Upscale tiled walk-in shower.Perfect mini kitchen complete.Were greeted with the owners. Very nice.This room had a private patio. That’s nice. Separate entrance. Separate from the main house.You can’t tell when booking but this is a separate building with four rooms side-by-side. There is a cute little gazebo on the property as well as an area where there’s a ping-pong table and a sitting table with chairs.There is ample parking as well as a turnaround driveway.It was very quiet. There is a room above and you did not hear much at all.We did a golf cart tour before we entered our room at 4 PM. That was very nice.This is just a really nice place.Thank you!
