"This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this hotel. This time we booked a family room with a bed settee, which was situated on the Plymouth Pavillions side of the hotel, which was a lot quieter than the road at the front of the hotel (we don’t have a main road where we live, so not used to the traffic noise) . It was nice to have air conditioning in our room this time, although the unit could have done with a service, to make it more efficient. Staff were cheerful and helpful as ever, and even managed to get us an early check in. We will be back :)"

"The perfect location, particularly for exploring Royal William Yard and wonderful Firestone Bay (2 minute walk); a small shingle beach with seawater lido - glorious for swimming and paddle boarding. Clean, bright and comfortable with secure parking space. Lovely to have a spacious ensuite for each bedroom. Host could not have been more helpful and accommodating. We'd love to return."

"Excellent choice for a short break. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The availability of restaurants, bars and a few shops, albeit with a limited choice, close by made the apartment better than staying at a hotel."

"Lovely apartment in Royal William yard, easy check in process. Lots of lovely eateries near by. The apartment is beautiful, the bed super comfy, the whole place warm and cosy. As in the description there are no curtains or blinds at the windows due to planning regulations - so if you're a light sleeper take an eye mask. The stairs up to be mezzanine bedroom are narrow and steep, not a problem for us but could potentially be difficult."
