"Fantastic stay, in a beautiful location with easy transport links. Room was perfect with an amazing lake view. Lovely food and service in the bar area, but had some issues with dining room in main restaurant, this was addressed effectively at reception. Overall a fantastic stay."

"Took a family trip, stayed here for a few days. It's a smaller hotel but provides a more intimate feel. We got a larger room to sleep three people. A large soaker tub out in the open (not for anyone who is shy!). 2 minute walk from a bus stop and about 12 min ride down to the main area/train station. The breakfast was amazing! Delicious and plentiful!. One unfortunate thing was the room we were in had a sloping ceiling that came down low and I smacked my head off the stucco twice, left a scrape on my head...also found it a bit weird that there was a small sliver of glass that allowed someone on the bed to see the person showering, and nothing the person showering can do to prevent it except fog it up. Other than that, great, quaint, and unique hotel, very much enjoyed our stay. "
"Though the hotel room is small in size, it has every thing. The breakfast was excellent. First time, we reached to the hotel by walking. It takes 10-8 min from the Luzern Station. Hotel provides a free bus card for the more convenience. Bus Stop is across from the hotel. There is a convenience store next to the hotel and some other restaurants. There is pizza/pasta and bar close to the hotel (across from the gas station) which opens until 11:00 pm. I like the hotel"
