"We enjoyed our stay and I'm planning on another just to enjoy downtown Los Gatos. The room we were in had drywall falling off the roof in the shower, and I wouldn't recommend these rooms if you are not comfortable with sharing bathroom space-the trendy frosted glass thing in the bathroom was more transparent than another room we had stayed in, so if you're not comfortable with that level of sharing...it's important to know. Maybe because I booked through Hotels.com they give out lower quality room? But in general, the facility was wonderful, suited our needs, was as comfortable as a hotel can be. I would recommend staying there."

"It is definitely not the most modern hotel and needs some cosmetic updates BUT there is a lot to love. Location is perfect, very walkable, safe and lots of parking. They have free coffee and snacks in the lobby which was really nice after a long drive. The bed and pillows made for perfect sleep. It's quiet here. Bottles of ice cold water in the fridge was another thoughtful touch. Staff could've been nicer (smiles go a long way). Would definitely stay here again. "

"Plenty of parking. All staff was kind and welcoming. Common areas and room was clean. Pool and outdoor area well kept. My only complaint is that my room was on the side with the hotel name so the spot lights shown through my window. The window only has shutters so the light shown through the cracks. Windows need blackout curtains."

"Tony at the front desk made us feel very welcome when we arrived. Something we looked forward to doing at the hotel was going in the hot tub, but was unavailable to use during our stay. So he gave us complimentary breakfast for the inconvenience and to improve our experience there. Our King suite was amazing and spacious that was comfortable for our little one to run around in and equipped with a refrigerator and microwave for our dinner leftovers and daughters yogurts and snacks. Everything was very clean and furniture was well maintained. The only issue we ran into was our tv in our bedroom didn’t work initially. But we called Tony at the front desk and he sent the maintenance guy instantly and fixed the tv right away. Breakfast the next day was wonderful hosted by the F&B Manager Thomas (I believe was his name) who gave us excellence service and kept our coffee cups filled and served delicious food aside from the buffet with great conversation as well. The banana cream pancakes were amazing! Overall we had an amazing stay and the location was great as well with accessible and easy parking. We will definitely be going back there again in the future. Thank you to the staff for a great experience!"

"A hidden gem just outside of downtown Los Gatos. The property is beautifully manicured, the house is immaculate, and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Our dog very much enjoyed the open areas to romp and I enjoyed relaxing evenings on the patio listening to the sounds of the frogs and the wind in the trees. Our host, Rezan, was so kind and thoughtful. Our communication was excellent, and we even had fresh croissants shared with us, and a beautiful token to take home as a memory. It's the type of place that makes you want to stay forever."
