"Room was clean. Heavy on the cleaning chemicals which left an odor that took a bit to get used to. We loved that we looked out the window at the trail by Los Gatos Creek and the trail. Everything was in good repair and worked. We especially love the kitchen amenities. "

"Room was nice, big, as was the bathroom. The AC didn't work until the next day when we figured out the reset button on plug. Staff could have been more helpful."

"Looks like brand new property but it was spotless and VERY quiet at night. We had 2 small dogs but were worried they might bark at noises they weren't used to but we could hardly hear anything including people coming and going from their rooms or the elevator (which our room was fairly close to). Everything was great and staff were very helpful and courteous."

"Great San Jose house! Excellent communication and information about the property throughout the entire process, and speedy responses anytime we had a question. The 4 bedroom house was great with a nice open floorplan for the living room/kitchen/dining room. Outdoor space was great as well with a nice back yard/patio."

"The house was clean, beds were comfortable and the location had easy access to get around town. The kitchen was stocked for use. A bonus was the orange tree in the front yard! I would recommend to anyone needing to stay in the area. "

"This was the best rental I have ever stayed in. Pam’s beautiful home was clean and full of thoughtful touches such as hand lotion, complimentary coffee, a plethora of cooking items and spices, beautifully manicured backyard, and lots of extra blankets. The beds were comfortable too! There was excellent lighting in the bathrooms, plenty of towels and lots of space to spread out for the 5 of us in my family who stayed there. We appreciated driveway parking and we loved the less than 5 min walk to the Iranian bakery and international grocery store. We chose this home because we needed beds for 5 adults and didn’t want to do a home where someone had to sleep on a pull out couch. We would definitely stay here again. My only request would be more hooks to hang up towels. Pam was communicative, quick to respond and answered every question with helpful details. Thanks, Pam! "

"My understanding is that the owner is not local (12 hours difference in time) and the property manager is not fulfilling their obligations. Upon arrival and a quick review of the property, I communicated some concerns to Allison who got back to me very quickly. I took pictures of the concerns and sent them along with my additional comments. Unfortunately, the promised response from Allison was not forthcoming during our entire stay. A stark contrast to the previous visit to another property in 2024 in the same neighborhood. Upon departure, I followed up with Allison recounting our conversations and my suggestions on how she could update her accommodations to satisfy discerning renters."
