"I will post the pictures of the flat and they will speak for themselves. Pro- location Cons - flat with strong smell of cigarette, - no shampoo or shower gel (so expect to have to go out to buy the basics ) - half roll of toilet paper (again, remember to pack toilet paper, as this place does not provide it for your staying) - stains on everything, covers, sofa, pillows. "Great hotel to stay at if you're wanting to stay in Serris or visit Disneyland Paris (10 mins away). I arrived in the morning long before check-in time and the staff were able to hold our luggage until our room was ready. That way we were able to visit Disneyland Paris and not having to worry about our luggage in the car. Once ready, I got a room with a comfy king size bed that also had a seperate partioned space for bunk beds for 2 kids. I only stayed 1 night but if I were to visit again, I'd choose this hotel again!"

"Everything was amazing, this was our second time here. Beds are huge with luxury bedding. Rooms are large and clean only reason for 4 star was amount of dust floating in the air (we just opened balcony door for a while to resolve) however rooms were clean and we were happy with the room service. Water provided daily. Great little kitchen with microwave hob and fridge. All you need. Shuttle service was a little slow waiting to be taken to Disney - we decided to take the train one stop most days to save time but great for families! Pool and spa is a huge plus however sauna door was hanging off and out of use for our stay the steam room was great. Pool and jacuzzi were a little chilly but you are able to sit in comfortably and refresh from a busy day. Rooms quite sound proof with extra door between bedroom area and hotel room door. Staff all day extremely helpful friendly and attentive. We will be back!"
