Overall, this property was decent and worked for a short stay, but it may appeal to a very specific type of traveler.
The rooms are quite dated and fairly bare in terms of décor and amenities, though the hammock in the room was a fun and unique touch. The overall vibe felt geared primarily toward divers and an older crowd looking for a quiet, low-key experience.
The food was okay but not a highlight of the trip. There also weren’t many amenities or entertainment options compared to what you might expect from most all-inclusive resorts. The pool was not heated and stayed mostly empty, and the hot tub was consistently crowded with 8+ adults, making it hard to use.
One of the best features was the easy water access for snorkeling — when the water is calm, it’s beautiful and very convenient.
For our girls’ trip with two teenagers, we felt about 40 years too young for the overall atmosphere. It’s likely a better fit for travelers seeking a quiet, dive-focused getaway rather than a lively or activity-filled vacation.
