Love the staff, and food was great. The location would be good except getting around is a little hard especially when you want to explore the town, you'll need to taxi back and forth.

If available I suggest the the royal level. The staff at the Resturant are so accommodating. Made every meal special. Concierges were wonderful also. I booked another trip to this resort while at the resort. We have been several of the others and this is now our favorite.

We loved this resort, we stayed in the Royal section and our room was great. The beach is just a short walk from the rooms, the pool overlooking the ocean was awesome. The Buffett food was about par for all-inclusive, the reservation restaurants have amazing food. Like always, find your favorite bartender, tip them immediately and they will take care of you. We are already planning our return trip.

The property needed updating in the pool areas and to go to lunch it’s a long walk with a disability. Other than that the place was phenomenal. The understanding of what you’re getting room wise is a little difficult between Expedia and the resort but the resort made everything work once we arrived. The location, main property, and staff are excellent. The pool is located in a nice location; however, it is in poor condition and hurricane damage has not been repaired. The food is average and difficult to get reservations for the à la carte restaurants. Overall, it was a great vacation and I would stay there again without hesitation. I just hope they do some work on that pool and the hurricane damage to the pool deck.

The property is well-maintained and very lush. Our garden room view was nice and on 2nd floor. No elevators but we are okay with stairs. Our room did not have a balcony, a first for us, but without ocean view we didn't miss it. The AC was a little loud but worked wonderfully and kept us cool during hot/humid season. The food was pretty good but we wished there were more options. Spa is small but we had a great massage. Overall it was fine for a 4 day getaway to relax.

Staff were very attentive and grounds well kept. However, the pictures on internet were not up to date as the beach had eroded. Therefore, the pictures looked better than the beach actually was in reality. However, overall the stay was good and I would go back if prices were right.
