The crew consisted of Captain Miguel and the diving guide Jorge. Great people. On the way, drinks and snacks were served. Lugar fantástico para mergulhar de snorkel. Água morna e límpa. Éramos 8 pessoas de uma mesma família e alugamos uma lancha (Tintorero II). A tripulação era composta pelo Capitão Miguel e pelo guia de mergulho Jorge. Excelentes companhias. Super nice staff and the grounds are meticulously maintained. Lots of choices of activities through the day and the food was great too. Would be a perfect place for families with kids as they have a big playground, a giant shallow pool with slides just for children and a kids' club.

All of the staff was so nice and helpful. The cleaning person for my room was a little lax, not leaving coffee twice and not putting out clean glasses twice. That was unusual, as I've been here before and that never happened. The recreation staff was really fun and the wait staff was very good. Had a great time there!

Staff was excellent and very helpful. We were in a room very close to the entertainment initially and it’s very loud at night so asked to change. They were able to accommodate. The food, especially at lunch, was not amazing with a minimal selection. Would like to see them up their food options. Also if you are gluten or dairy intolerant the choices were almost non existent.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Allegro for a week in December 2025. The staff were amazing, especially Arby and Diego! They have so many fun things to do each day at the resort and they also have a desk in the front where you can rent a car. I only give it 4 stars because the food was just okay, the specific restaurants on the property were amazing though!

The beach was absolutely amazing. The rooms were fine , not luxury-level, but comfortable and certainly not the worst we’ve experienced. The overall layout of the resort is wonderful, and the property itself is beautiful and very well maintained. Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment was the food. Most of it was served at room temperature and lacked flavor. We made a reservation at the Italian restaurant one evening, hoping for something better, but it fell short. I ordered the ravioli, and when my plate arrived, there were only two regular-sized ravioli, not large portions, just standard size,which was surprising and underwhelming.

The property was clean and beautiful and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were awesome. They had a lot of entertainment and activities around one of the pool. The nighttime entertainment was not so great but we are usually in bed by eight anyway. We did go to karaoke night and men versus women night and it was a lot of fun. We will definitely be staying again.

The room was good! The drain didn't drain correctly in the bathroom and we had water dripping from the room above us through the light in the bathroom. We did tell staff and it was fixed right away and we were given desserts for them having to work in our room. The resort is beautiful and everyone was kind, especially Abery! He was a hoot and so funny! The beach was wonderful and snorkeling was ok! We had a great time here!
