"Lovely setting but no one there to give us the key even though we’d sent 2 emails requesting info regarding collection with time of arrival. Noise from 9pm TIL 4am so couldn’t sleep. Dog faeces on paths. Toilet broken. No microwave. Needs updating and cleaning of the shower room. Lounge and bedroom roomy and comfortable. "

"The staff are amazing got lock out of my room and the staff was great to help and even offered a hot chocolate this is the best hotel I’ve stayed at will continue to use this place to stay "
