Room was spotless, staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant excellent, sevice a bit slow, food was great and plenty of if. Spa was clean. Just across the road is Clumber park plenty of walking.

We never stayed in the apartment we had book as told this was already occupied. We was given apartment 11. This was fine but a lot of road noise.

That place made me not to enjoy my trip so there's nothing to say about the place. My weekend was bad, ooh my word I even saw a mouse there cant believe it. I don't know if I paid to see a mouse or was supposed to be a stay in.

Our room was upstairs without any lift access, no use if you struggle with stairs. The room was far too warm. The room was large with plenty of space, and was very clean, however the bathroom was, even though en-suite, was down several steps, strange
