"The house was beautiful and clean. The host was amazing very attentive and responsive. It is in a little bit of a noisy neighborhood and the area was not what I was expecting, but because of all the security in the house, I felt completely safe. I would definitely recommend hosting a party at this house for a large group. It was a bunch of women that stayed here for my daughter’s bridal shower and we were all very happy. "

"This was a perfect place for us to stay in Providence while attending a conference at Brown. The owner has refurbished the space with modern upgrades and all that we needed for a comfortable stay. He communicated right away when we had questions. It's a great value in a part of town we enjoy for its architecture and good eating spots!"

"We rented the entire house for a brithday weekend in Providence. Each floor was very chic in its own way. Beautifully decorated. Homey and inviting. All of our group raved about how comfortable the beds were. House is centrally located to all the things you could want to do while staying in Providence. And felt very safe/secure with keypad locks on all the doors. The hosts put thought into every aspect of this rental. They were quick to respond to messages and very easy to communicate with. We will definitely be staying here again when in Providence."

"The host was very responsive! It is a quiet and secure location with a large gate at the entrance of the driveway. Traveling alone, I felt safe and secure. It was very clean. It is a basement apartment with a separate, private entrance. Minutes from downtown, hospitals and Roger Williams Park. "
