"Great place to stay."

"-Ate at the hotel bar, wandered around for 5 minutes in an empty bar with people clearly seeing us before we were sat down from a rude server who when we arrived 45 mins before it closed. Was given an inedible rotten salad that I clearly couldn’t eat and paid for with no regard from the server. -We got stuck in the elevator for 7 mins and was told that “happens sometimes” after they have an event. We had to solve the issue ourselves as no one seemed concerned to help. -The hotel parking was confusing and the staff seemed to try and mislead us to not buy the pass, which was cheaper, then when we checked out the ticket didn’t work and we had to call to trouble shoot. Not to mention, for how much money you’re spending at a Hilton hotel in RI, parking should be free, not additional. Disney charges less than that. -Our tv barely worked and the remote was faulty. -The hotel smelled a bit off like a gas leak and hallway window on our floor was open with no screen or guard rail on the 11th floor. -For how much money we spent, there should have been no issues anywhere near this level."

"First, the staff at the front desk and in the restaurant are excellent. We arrived early and were wet and exhausted on a chilly morning. We asked if we could possibly leave our bags or check in early. Lucy jumped in and got us into our room right away. We were able to sleep, warm up and relax before heading out to explore. It was wonderful for her to help. Several other times during our stay, Lucy also helped with ideas for what to do and was alsways very friendly and professional. The room was well appointed and in a great location. The restaurant was really quite good for breakfast and the staff were very friendly. Extra coffee offered frequently and with a smile. A drawback is the very dim and sparse lighting in the bathroom. It's a big space and has very little lighting. The maid service did not leave lotion for day 2 and the bodywash in the shower was empty by the third shower and not refilled. Downsides to the otherwise pleasant stay. "

"Thinking of something negative to say and unfortunately there isn’t any. Where do I even begin. Such a great location with many restaurants around the area and at a short distance. Walking in to the place shows Pauline and Jeremy’s character. They made us feel welcomed and feel at home. Can’t forget the thoughtful gift upon arriving. Providence is definitely underrated.. So much to do for suck a small city. Will be coming back in the near future and hoping to be able to book again. Highly recommend. Thank you!! "

"We rented the entire house for a brithday weekend in Providence. Each floor was very chic in its own way. Beautifully decorated. Homey and inviting. All of our group raved about how comfortable the beds were. House is centrally located to all the things you could want to do while staying in Providence. And felt very safe/secure with keypad locks on all the doors. The hosts put thought into every aspect of this rental. They were quick to respond to messages and very easy to communicate with. We will definitely be staying here again when in Providence."

"The studio was perfect for my needs, small as studio implies but more than adequate and well equipped. It was clean and quiet. My only complaint is that the Wi-Fi network and password were not accurate as listed. Fall 2025 two people had noted the same and notified the host. I don’t know why it didn’t get changed. Thankfully the host got back to me quickly."
