"Staff great! Room great! Inconvenient going upstairs for pool towels, but my daughter did it eagerly all the time because the staff was amazing. My only complaint is they sadly need a sign saying to wear swimsuits. My kids were uncomfortable with grown men, wearing their boxers in the pool."
