"Patsy’s place is absolutely amazing, better than the pics in my personal opinion. The location is chef’s especially if you’d rather be closer to Downtown Charlotte. My only slight issue was the WiFi was constantly going in & out the 1st day of my stay however things were handled in a timely fashion. Patsy was also nice enough to allow me & my guest a late checkout. Add some body mirrors and this place for me would be a 10/10. But until then I would definitely stay at Patsy‘s place again! "

"I stayed bc i wanted a smoking room and you get what you pay for so not complaining about the room but i was absolutely disappointed for breakfast. They only had a half loaf of bread, cheerios and frosted flakes:( Do better please!"

"Outstanding location and adorably comforting place to stay while enjoying the sites and city scene! Short, inexpensive uber ride to any venue to avoid expensive uptown parking! "

"The house itself was great. Very nice and clean, exactly as listed. The area it's located in was not very inviting unfortunately. The neighborhood was run down, trashed and noises all night long. I know these are out of the owners control but still unfortunate. "

"This was, without question, one of the most unsafe and disturbing stays I have ever experienced. If you value your safety even slightly, do not stay at this property. The home is located in an extremely sketchy neighborhood with constant, questionable activity happening at all hours, especially late at night. From the moment we arrived, it was clear something was not right. To make matters worse, the house itself was not properly secured. Windows were left unlocked, and one was even missing a screen entirely. There was no indication the property had been checked or prepared with guest safety in mind. What happened that night made the situation truly alarming. The moment we arrived back at the house (close to 11pm) a car parked across the street and shined its headlights directly into the house for over 30 minutes. Shortly after, another vehicle pulled up directly in front of the home. A man dressed entirely in black, along with two others, lingered around the car and its trunk for several minutes. At that point, we genuinely feared for our safety and felt we had no choice but to leave in the middle of the night. It is clear this home is known as an VRBO in the neighborhood and is an easy target. The most unacceptable part was the owner’s complete lack of response and concern. There was no urgency or accountability when we reached out. When they did respond it was a snarky remark. This place is not just disappointing, it feels unsafe. Stay somewhere else."
