Quiet and well appointed, Time Out! Is not a punishment, but a place to relax, regroup, and refresh. Spacious and comfortable, it has all the amenities of a home—fully equipped kitchen, baths, workspace, washer and dryer, WiFi, cable TV, and dining area. A heated community pool is available. The neighborhood has no through traffic—ideal for walking or running. Nearby are shopping and eating establishments, Lakeland-Linder airport, Publix headquarters, and I-4 for travel to Tampa or Orlando.

The place was clean, qiuet community, could use some TLC on the outside patios. We would stay there again, Kevin was very responsive when we had questions.

Great location

Our group give a thumbs up on our stay. Great location for us to visit family in Mulberry. Amenities were great. Easy check in/check out. We will definitely let other family from out of state know about this condo. We were so busy that we didn't get a chance to use the pool. We enjoyed our time in Florida!

Great place to relax and plenty of room

This was a very relaxing stay. We were able to arrive and not have to worry about anything. Simple process by far best part of the trip
