Very spacious and convenient for the hauptbanoff. Big bed, good water pressure, clean, quiet with double glazed window - perfect for a solo business trip.
Great location in central Munich. Gokhan was very friendly when we checked in. We were on the 5th (top) floor, and the slanted ceilings made it seem very cramped. Would recommend a room on a lower floor.
The staff went above to ensure that our stay was memorable. The staff was first rate and the location was perfect. My only complaint was our room only got lukewarm water in the shower and our final morning the water was ice cold. However, this hotel is worth staying at because of its location, staff and cleanliness.
Great location adjacent to the central train station making it easy to take day trips outside of the city. Walking distance to most of the major sites and museums. Kitchenette was well stocked. The room was very clean. The building was safe and had an elevator. Only drawback I can think of is that the beds were a bit uncomfortable if you prefer a firmer mattress.
The hotel is located very close to the Hauptbahnhof which is very convenient but the area is also quite noisy starting especially early in the morning (6.00 AM) when the streetcars start. We were on the fifth floor.
The room was large. The small kitchenette was a nice to have, even thought we didn't use it. Room was clean, and the pull-out bed (we were three) was very comfortable. The downside is there is no formal reception area. Entry is managed with key codes for the building and the room. We would have liked to hear their local dining recommendations. We also wanted to check in an hour early, but did not receive a response to our email prior and did not locate a reception desk. The signage for the reception desk is on the first floor on the stairs. One won't see it unless one takes the stairs; but the entry from the street on the ground floor is a narrow hallway with a rear door leading to the elevator.
We were surprised with the size of our room. It was very spacious and sparkling clean. The room had a kitchenette. We didn't hear much noise at night which allowed us to have a great night of sleep. The bed was very comfortable. We met Mr Gokhan Akca ( who I think is the owner or manager) in the laundry room where he helped us to get the washer machine started and offered his help during our stay. He was very friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend this hotel
The place was very clean and directions were easy to follow to check in. I was disappointed in the space though. We were on the top floor and the ceilings were angled making the space very small and very difficult to walk around.

BATU Apart Hotel locate in the center of the city. That make it a great location for you to explore Munich not to mention it only two minutes from the central station where you can use the train to go and explore nearby cities. In our visit, we don’t need a car from the hotel we can go with it place like Rotenberg
The hotel was good and their responses were prompt.
However, I hope they can improve on two points:
1. The laundry room is not ideal for storing tourists’ luggage.
2. The shower water in the morning was too cold.

The pictures are somewhat misleading. You don’t get a traditional hotel experience but a code via email for the doors and a big empty room with uncomfortable minimalism furniture. It worked for my purposes but I can’t claim it was comfortable.
Everything was well organized except that it was hot and the air conditioning was tirned off and there were not any instructions to turn it on. However, when I called, a very helpful agent got it going. Also, the room was in an old attic space and had sloped walls and ceiling. Kind of fun but awkward to get around without bumping your head.
Room was huge. It was super nice. Very classy. I could’ve stayed there forever. Two small things, which aren’t a big deal at all. One, I booked it last second and something happened with my email and I didn’t get the instructions on how to get into the hotel (it’s self check-in), so I had to call. It was a little stressful at first, but it got solved in like 10-15 minutes. Also, I think it’s cuz of my email so not even their fault. Secondly, the bidet was half broken. Water came out, but not at the right “angle” haha. It was a great place! Definitely stay here.

Unfortunately, this was a disappointing stay. The shower leaked so badly it flooded the entire bathroom — we had to use every towel just to soak up the water. Clearly, there have been patchwork repairs rather than fixing the problem properly. On top of that, doors were slamming throughout the night and the noise from rowdy guests made it nearly impossible to sleep. Between the poor maintenance and constant noise, it just wasn’t worth the price.

Very close to Central train station, but the aircon remote control was gone, and there was a bad smell from the drainage in the shower. very expensive during Bauma.

The room is very spacious (separate living room and kitchenette), the location is convenient, and the parking is close and well priced for the area. However, the hotel is located in a very loud area, and we could hear people and trams all night even with the windows closed. It was already hot in the room, so I imagine it would be very stuffy in the summer, especially if you have to keep the windows closed to try and muffle the outside noise. The front desk is not open often.

At one point, I was locked out of my hotel room for an hour. During that time, I received support from someone on the phone who spoke very little English. This person did not fully understand my requests and kept trying to convince me that I could enter the room when, in fact, I could not. It was incredibly frustrating and humiliating, especially since I needed to use the bathroom.
The hotel didn’t have any on-site staff, and everything was operated remotely via phone. Eventually, I was able to get into my room, but I wasn't confident that this situation wouldn’t happen again during my stay. Fortunately, I was able to stay until the end of my trip, but I will never stay at this hotel again.
The appartment suited our needs well. Close to the train station and room enough for the whole family. Easy instructions for check in. Good water pressure in the shower. You can hear and feel the trains from the appartment, so it's probably not for people who don't sleep well. Apart from that it's good
Excelente situación y todos los aspectos relacionados con la comodidad , hemos solicitado algunas cosas y se nos han dado inmediatamente ,seguro que si vuelvo a Münich hare una reserva sin dudarlo.
