This hotel was brilliant. We had a lovely family room which looked out to the mountain. Everything was clean and well designed. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Location handy for travel by rail, bus and hiking. Would love to return here one day.

The room was clean and had cute decorations. The bunk beds in our room worked well for our family. The air conditioning did not work well, and it shut off during the night.

This hotel is a little further outside of the city center, but it was easy to get everywhere because there are train and tram stations close by. The hotel seems new, and the room was clean and comfortable. There was A/C. We’d stay here again!

This is a great budget option, clean, good location, comfortable beds. Kids liked the bunk beds. Right next door to bakery and grocery store. A couple minutes walk to several public transportation options.

The location is excellent just right across a subway station. There is a grocery store next door and it comes with a free parking garage. Despite the room and bathroom is a little small, I had a great experience staying here.

I stayed in the hotel with my family (wife and two kids) in June. The room was a little bit small but efficient. Kids stayed in the bunk and we stayed in the king size bed. The beds were comfy. The room was silent. Air condition was working fine. Bathroom was with good water pressure. Nothing to complain about the room except its size. Breakfast was good. Boiled egg, tomato, cucumber, 2 types of cheese, 4 types of salami, a few tapas, 3 types of jam, honey, fruits, yoghurt, coffee machine, toaster etc. all were fine. Reception was friendly. The hotel is 150 meters away from the metro station (WestendStrasse-U5). There are DM and Lidl stores just 30 meters away. Also, there is a very nice Italian Bistro Da Battista if you get hungry.

Good value for money

Things that we liked most: - Very comfortable beds. - Very convenient location to use public transportation. Metro station is just 100 meters away. - Breakfast at a reasonable price. The only thing not so great was that the room space was small even though they tried to use it smartly by using bunk beds and hangers on the wall. Overall we had a comfortable staying for a reasonable price.

My room was great and staff was friendly. The lobby was being renovated during my stay and was very loud and started at 8 am every morning. After the renovations are finished I would definitely stay here again.

We’ve got a quiet room on the 4th floor. Next to the hotel there is an Edika where you can shop. There is also a nice Italian restaurant with good food at a cheap price, almost half of what you pay in the center! The stop for the metro is 5 minutes away. Brilliant!

Staff barely spoke to us, granted we only speak English but there wasn’t any acknowledgement from staff as we came in and left. Place was clean and safe and was ok for a few nights, but it’s a shame some basics like a kettle, a small fridge, or some glasses weren't included in the room. It wasn’t even possible to get some ice.
