We only stayed for one night, but location was great for transportation and walkably to most tourist areas we wanted to see. Located close to food options which was great and easy as we arrived late. Reception was welcoming and helpful, would stay here again.

Prime location, opposite the hauptbahnhof and 15 min walk to the bus station. The Lufthansa Express bus station is near the hotel. Reception staff were very helpful and polite.

Location is the best thing that we love this hotel. Staff was nice. Only thing that we confuse was payment. Our booking was clear that we will pay at the hotel but on the day we checked-in they charged our credit card!!

The location was great, close to train station and in easy walking distance of Octoberfest. The people at the desk not really pleasant. If you want a coffee to go at the hotel which the hotel says is one of their perks, make sure to ask-they didn’t offer. Overall a nice stay for a day or two.

A short walk from the city centre and very close to the train station making it a great place to stay. Staff was super friendly and we were able to leave our luggage safely in the hotel when we arrived before our check in time. Room was clean, tidy and accessible and overall a very great experience!!
