Good neighborhood hotel

Very decent hotel. Fairly traditional old-school hotel, with rooms and furniture showing their age a little. Decent breakfast, friendly staff, and quiet location that is within a few minutes walk of the tram and the Nockherberg restaurant and beer garden.

Everyone was so friendly and kind. The room was quaint, but all that we needed. There was a path access along the river just across the street. It about a 15 minute walk to get to the subway. We walked a lot, and really enjoyed our stay. It was in a quiet area.

This was our first visit to Munich and we were not sure where to stay. For us this was a good location. A small walk to the city center. The hotel is very clean and the staff accommodating. The breakfast was good with a variety of options for everyone. They have a robot which transports your used dishes from your table. It tends to get in the way when moving about the breakfast area. We will consider the Prinz for our next journey to Munich.

Our biggest concern is that the shower is very difficult to get in and out of. Definitely a safety concern. All else was perfect!

Shower is size of telephone booth. No staff after 10:30 pm and no staff in morning for checkout. Didn’t know what to do with keys. Be prepared to take taxi everywhere. Nothing in walking distance, or at minimum 20-25 min walk. Water is hard to come by. Breakfast in the morning is great. The staff at desk speak English but everyone else only speaks German. Room was warm - no a/c. Can’t leave door open- no screens and lots of bees.

Very disappointed, does not feel like hotel.

Very disappointed. Room 206 had a nasty toilet/sewer type of smell. I thought smell will go away after leaving bath window open, but it didn't. During my last night smell went very bad in middle of night, I lost sleep. No front desk service from 9pm till morning. Place feels like Hostel living and not Hotel. Only positive is breakfast service, very nice breakfast.

L’hotel è abbastanza carino, in una bella via, non troppo lontana dal centro. Peccato che era abbastanza disorganizzato: la wi-fi non funzionava quasi per niente, un giorno non ci hanno fatto la stanza, il nostro frigo-bar non funzionava (peccato, perché le bevande erano gratuite). La colazione era abbastanza ricca, ma molto “tedesca”, cioè con insalate, omelette ecc, ma quasi senza dolci.

Tolle Unterkunft unweit der Isar. Service klasse, freundlich, Frühstücksbuffet wirklich gut, auch wenn es bis 10:30 Frühstück gibt, wird man nicht gedrängelt zu gehen, sondern man kann in Ruhe fertig frühstücken. Preis-Leistung wirklich 1a und nur zu empfehlen.

El personal se esfuerza por atender al huésped, me gustó también el servicio con algunas bebidas del minibar gratis. Lo negativo sería el desayuno, el área del platos calientes no se ve fresco y los quesos tampoco.
