Spacious family suite, clean and well maintained. Soundproofing was good and blackout blinds were a great bonus. The staff friendly and helpful. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel as a bit pricey but in the building next door there us a cafe that does breakfasts and lunches - we ate there. 24/7 shop at the petrol station 7 mins walk away. Public transport within walking distance. Also airport shuttle bus stop is conveniently 15 mins walk away. Would recommend the hotel and we would happily stay again.

Lovely hotel, clean and comfortable rooms. well located for public transport with supermarket and some restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance. Good breakfast. Air conditioning was much appreciated. Staff friendly and helpful. Helpful to know that fridge in room is just a minibar fridge but it kept drinks, butter, cheese etc cold enough.

Spacious Rooms, Great Location, and Reliable AC! Our 4-day stay at Novotel Suites München Parkstadt Schwabing in August 2026 was fantastic. Munich was experiencing a major heatwave, so having powerful, reliable AC was a total lifesaver (and a huge step up from our other hotel on this vacation). We booked two rooms for our group, and both were remarkably spacious and well-equipped with a fridge and microwave, making it easy to store drinks and quick meals. The neighborhood is very convenient, with a solid selection of restaurants and grocery stores just a short walk away. Everything about our stay was pleasant and seamless. We really enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Munich!

The staff was the best part about this property as well as the size of the room. The size was the biggest reason we chose this so that we could rearrange our luggage. It looks like a rundown motel six. The furniture is not well maintained. Really love the hospitality and the staff though

It is a bit outdated, but not too bad. the room had an unconventional flow and the lighting was a bit annoying and that’s why just 4 starts The room was big and we stayed one night The breakfast was excellent and the staff was amazing The location was great as we had transportation close by and is was a safe and quiet neighborhood

We stayed two nights. The rooms are decent and spacious. However, a few small things such as housekeeping not replacing used cups and restocking the coffee after cleaning the room, reception not being reachable on phone were slight pain points.
