Ich war sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Es war sehr praktisch einen Kühlschrank zur Verfügung zu haben und auch ein Wasserkocher und verschiedene Tees sowie diverses Besteck und Tassen standen zur Verfügung. Die Kommunikation war sehr angenehm. Ich komme gerne wieder.

仕様を分かって行けば立地と値段が良い便利な宿。古アパートの一部を使用していて、エレベーターなし、フロントは13~19時（私が行った時は）で日曜休み、ドライヤーはリクエスト要、事前にチェックイン時間を聞かれる。数ルームで一つのバス・トイレ、冷蔵庫、電気ポットを共有。旅慣れていないと少し驚くだろうが、洗面台は各部屋にあるし部屋は清潔で、閑静な場所ながらレストランにも困らず、メトロの駅から5分弱。費用抑えたいがバックパッカー用宿はムリ、という方に最適。

No luggage storage serice no matter what

Clean room and great location. We arrived early in the morning around 9:30 am and there was a lady in the office who claimed she doesn't work here but just came in office to get some stuff done and will leave soon. It was a raining day and she insisted the policy of no luggage storage even we were going to check in on the same day. She suggested to leave them at the connodor area which can be accessed by everyone, or go back to central station and use luggage storage service there. Understood rule is rule but since there was someone in the office on a raining day, why not helping their guests out?

Das Zimmer war in einem guten Zustand. Auch die Toiletten waren sauber. Es wurde jeden Tag für neue Handtücher gesorgt, der Service war ausgesprochen gut. Lediglich das Badezimmer könnte vielleicht mehr unter die Lupe genommen werden, da es sich um eine Gemeinschaftsdusche handelt. Ansonsten gibt es aber nichts zu bemängeln, und ich werde diese Unterkunft sicher wieder buchen, wenn ich in München bin

Great place for the money

Great place for the money. No lift, only stairs, which is a bummer when we were on the top floor. Unusually warm when we were there and there is no air conditioning. We loved the neighborhood it was in, and close to the metro.

Good place to stay in the Westend of Munich

チェックイン時間厳守遅れずにご注意

ペンション型ですのでチェックイン時間に遅れると利用できません。確実な時間内到着が求められます。建物内部はきれいにリメイクされているのか清潔に整えられています。利用したシングルは3室共用ドアと共用バストイレのファミリールームの1部屋として鍵付きで提供される1室のようでした。セキュリティは少し心配です。建物入口玄関もブザーを鳴らしてから押し開けるのですが、とても重くて施錠が解除されていないと勘違いして何度も呼び出してトラブりました。19時以降はフロント無人サービスとなりチェックアウトも朝10時までにオートポストですのでよく設備を理解して利用することが求められますね。
