"This is the worst property from the worst agency that I ever got. In the post they have parking available with spaces, when you get there your surprised by a big lie as the hole area is residential only 24/7 and any parking around is 30euros / day. Best part is that we booked the studio with lovely pictures, got there just to be surprised that there was no keys left for us, had to waith geom 11.30pm to past midnight for them to give us a different one, nothing to do with pictures, broken things,...

Merhaba,
"Unfortunately it was a terrible stay.
It took 5 phone calls to get into the apartment. We were not sent any instructions.
The building is a work site with builders sawing and hammering at 11.00pm.
The building is full of smoke, despite there being signs on the wall saying it is a smoke free venue.
The pillows, towels and bedding stinks of cigarette smoke. We both woke up sick with headaches as the smoke came under the door at night.
My sleep apnea machine is now ruined as it is now...
"Apartment is in a very strange area. Bathroom was in not the best condition and there was a really bad smell that covered the whole apartement.
At least it is quite neat to the center."

"Nilie Hospitality manages several properties in Thess. We had booked the Agia Sofia apartment (it is a great location) but they claimed they never got the reservation (a lie) and redirected us to a property near Ladadika (Great Apple) instead. They charged us the same price but the property was NOT equivalent to what we had booked. Huge apartment complex with terrible/non existent Wifi, dirty curtains and couches, hot water only if you pushed a button and waited 15 mins to warm up, smelly...
"They do not provide parking… (even though it says it on expedia they do)… confusing buildings, entrances are in different parts of the neighborhood… had to wander for a long time in the neighborhood until finding the right entrance for the particular building… also the key they gave did not work… which can get frustrating when you come from a long travel… needed to return to main facility to redo keys :( one silver lining is that the buildings are next to a gas station which had a charging...
"We did not actually stay at the property because of safety concerns. The front door to the building (after walking around the broken, missing sidewalk, trash, and construction dirt) was not locked. Across from the front door was an abandoned building with broken windows and men loitering. Although the apartment itself is renovated, the instructions for the hot water, which involve waiting an hour for the boiler to make hot water and then running water for several minutes to wash or bathe was...

"It was a bad, bad experience. You can’t find anyone to help when you need it. It doesn’t even feel like a real hotel. We stayed for 5 days and nobody came for cleaning, not even the towels were changed. Yes, it’s central, but there are much better alternatives around. I definitely do not recommend it."

"Absolutely unacceptable experience — avoid at all costs.
This has been one of the worst accommodation experiences I’ve ever had.
From the beginning, the apartment had multiple issues: mediocre cleanliness, broken furniture (including a damaged chair), and Wi-Fi that didn’t work, despite being advertised. We tried reaching out via WhatsApp — no response.
But the real nightmare happened when we returned at 2 a.m. during a heatwave and found the electronic door lock wasn’t working. We were...

"Beautiful, well-appointed room with a lovely balcony. Would stay again for sure."
"A unique property in one of the most iconic neighborhoods of Thessaloniki. Easily walkable to everything downtown. The elevator and the stairs are “antique”, but one would say that this adds to the charm of an old restored building. The rooms are fully renovated and exceptional. I would definitely stay again! "
"The hotel is in a really good location. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Great breakfast and the minibar items in the room are included. Rooms were really clean and beds were very comfortable. All together a lovely hotel."
"From the moment I checked in and throughout my stay, I received excellent service from every member of the staff.
I hardly recommend the Excelsior, not only because of the great service, but because of its central location as well. It is close to everything, within walkable distance to all major destinations in Thessaloniki."
"This property was really clean, comfortable, easily accessible and had everything you could need. I travelled as a solo female and felt safe at all times! Would love to go back and I highly recommend - thank you! "
