"Booked for a week stay based on good reviews and excellent price. Studio apartment was clean and perfect for our needs. Be aware there is no elevator (we were on the 3rd floor, building at 43). Make sure the front building door closes properly! The staff was very helpful and made us feel welcome. They were so accommodating and friendly! "This is a very nice and modern boutique hotel right off a street with multiple restaurants and cafes--one of the nicer areas of Santiago that I saw in my brief stay. Many of the museums are in walking distance. I'd highly recommend it for cleanliness, modern fixtures, and convenience."

"Great hotel in really good location. The staff is very attentive, polite and always ready to assist with any needs you might have. The rooms are very comfortable and daily breakfast is tasty. We enjoyed our stay and chose to book it for 2 more nights upon returning to Santiago. Feels like home away from home. "

"Hotel Sommelier Boutique was wonderful! The property is beautiful and well maintained, and the rooms are spacious. Costumer service was great with staff being very accommodating and friendly. The hotel is in a great location, close to many important Santiago landmarks and sites, along with a slew of restaurants and cafes. It is also a 5 minute walk from the artsy Lastarria neighborhood. Lastly, the complimentary breakfast was outstanding, and so was the rooftop restaurant. I highly recommend this hotel! "

"Cold showers the entire stay here, in the middle of winter. Unbelievable. It's a known issue as the front desk says you have to let the water run for an astonishing 30 minutes and "maybe" the water will get warmer. It's one thing to have an unexpected issue, but to rent rooms with such a glaring issue in winter hoping no one will complain is pretty unacceptable. Also make sure you know that the included breakfast is at the restaurant and you have to verify with them that's what you're getting, because they hand guests a menu with expensive prices on it without saying anything, which I'm sure is very confusing for many guests and makes very little sense. "

"I researched the area when booking, and this hotel from visual sites and ratings seems accommodating.. I checked off my boxes once I arrived. I was greeted and welcomed. A comfortable bed, a hot shower, and a cold room with A/C. They also offered breakfast, which hit the spot. The hotel is located conveniently near the airport, work, and at an affordable price. I like it and will recommend this property."
