"Highly recommend! This is an incredible place and the host is wonderful. We stayed 6 nights and it was better than we imagined. Do not be reluctant to visit an island property. Yes, it’s remote, but the ferry is a blast and the island has got to be the quietest place we’ve visited. You’re on the east side of the lake so the weather approaching is spectacular. Take time to explore the area and disconnect."

"We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would do so again if we are in the area. This place was quiet and relaxing. Although a road was closed to the quickest way to get to SSM, the detour was only 10 minutes longer. We spent time outside just watching the freighters from the property. You can also see them go by from sitting in the living room. So glad we found this gem and was available for our visit."

"We stayed in one of their king suites. It was nice having the small kitchen and the sleeping quarters and restroom were in a separate room. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good but the dining area was very small. Even though we didn’t get time to enjoy the pool it was clean and comfortable area. But the best experience was with the staff. A big shout out to Stephanie, Larry and Jason and all the support staff for making our stay very enjoyable."

"The property is older, but the spacious room was unexpected. It had 2 queen beds, a table and 2 chairs, plus 2 comfy chairs for watching TV, and a dresser. It appeared a lot of construction workers stay here. It was quiet and I’ve never ran across a more friendly and helpful management staff in all my travels. The beds were comfy and the linens clean. The tub could have been cleaner and the place needed a total update, but I realize this young couple are probably doing all they can with what they have. I wouldn’t be opposed to staying here again."
