The hotel is fabulous and has a lot of history, perfect location close to everything to explore within this wonderful city - also some lovely restaurants on the door step. The hotel itself is spotless, the staff really lovely and helpful, lovely rooms and a really lovely breakfast to start your day. Would highly recommend."

"Our stay was nice and pleasant at Hamza house. Good mattress and clean bed sheets. All modern and new decor. The location was the best. We just loved everything there. The only confusion was on check in proceds. I don't know if we get it wrong but I wish it ckearly says just check in at the hotel califonia. We arrived at Hamza and didn't know what to do."

"Location was perfect, in the Gothic Quarter. We've been to Barcelona before and also stayed in the Gothic Quarter but definitely liked this hotel more for its location and convenience. The Metro is a few steps in front of the hotel although we didnt need to use the transit system as everything/everywhere was completely walkable for us in terms of dining and shopping. There is a fantastic bakery adjacent to the hotel and I would definitely recommend their yummy fruit jellies. We cannot say enough positive things about the hotel front desk staff, they were professional and friendly, and were very helpful with advice and suggestions. Our room was spacious having three balconies and a nice bathroom. Breakfast was a nice selection. We will definitely return to this hotel again next time."
