"The room was great! Comfortable bed and pillows. The staff was great and very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. We did eat lunch 1 day and it was also delicious. Would definitely stay here again."

Downsides: the rooms are a bit small and outdated. The WiFi was horrible and as someone who depends on that when traveling abroad it was disappointing. "

"This hotel is a great location for the boats/ferry. Good restaurants around it, loads of gelato shops. We enjoyed our stay the only downside is doors to the rooms are very noisy when guests slam them shut. All but one member of staff were very friendly and helpful. You'll know who she is when you go down for breakfast."

"Wonderful Hotel, All the staff are friendly and work really hard to give their guests a wonderful experience. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful served by two very hard working friendly ladies. One little niggle was that the tea bags etc were not replaced in the room however you can pick them up from the bar area and no milk in the room for tea or coffee however if you asked they do give you a small jug. Would we stay again YES 100% "

"Everything about this hotel was superb. The room was nice with a balcony looking towards Lake Garda. We had clean towels every day and fresh bedding after two days. There was a good choice of food at breakfast and you could have extra cooked breakfast for a small charge. The staff everywhere were really pleasant and friendly, always smiling. We didn't use the Spa but got towels from the Spa for the outdoor pool. It was only a 10 minute walk into the centre of Sirmione where you could visit the castle or take a boat or ferry on the lake."
