"Room and location was not as per picture - I was advised on the day of arrival that I would be staying at a different property 0.5 blocks away. I was not allowed to choose which one to stay in"

"The owner is wonderful. Drove us to the airport to drop off the car, took us to a restaurant and picked us up later. The room was nice and had a spacious bathroom. The only reason I took off a start is because the room smelled terribly like cigarette smoke (Italians like to smoke). The staff offered air freshening spray, but it didn't help much. There were no other rooms available to switch to. "

So off the bat I paid for a night that I wasn't even eligible for. I attempted to see if the staff could meet with me the same day to no avail. Overall it was a horribly stressful eperience.
