"El servicio de estacionamiento y de valet parking es pésimo con tiempos de espera prolongados y gente poco amable. El resto del hotel es bueno, siempre y cuando no tengas que usar el parking!"

"Hotel Bellas Artes is located in a perfect place, next to metro and many places to check out including several markets. There's great food like Cafe Tacuba Miralto, Panaderia Ideal and so much more. The staff is super helpful and the rooms are nice and clean. "

"Food was great! Cafe was 24 hrs and included in your stay so you didnt have to pay anything! The rooms were very clean and updated. The only issues we had were with some of the staff in the cafe, they seemed to have a very poor attitude with us specifically after hearing us speak english. One person in specific was A woman by the name Itzel, she had a very condescending tone anytime she answered our questions and it didnt make us feel very comfortable/welcome, The rest of the staff however were very helpful and happy to answer our questions! "

"Staff was awesome! We arrived early and they accommodated us to get our room early they saw we had our son with special needs, also kitchen staff was amazing those mojitos were great!!! This has been out fourth time in this property and will definitely do it again"

"Great location in the historic center. Beautifully decorated hotel as rooms are well appointed with large spacious bathrooms, comfortable beds, and enough storage. Staff was excellent. Don't miss having the included brunch on at the rooftop restaurant. You can hear the cathedral bells from next door. Will definitely stay here again when I come back. "
