"The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, and the pool area is a highlight—though it fills up quickly due to how busy the property gets. The location is in a very high-traffic part of Palma, which means it can be quite loud, especially at night. We were also woken up early by a garbage truck operating around 3:00 a.m. directly outside our window. On arrival, there was significant construction in the area, which made access to the parking frustrating and disorganized. Additionally, our interaction with the front desk was disappointing—when asking a simple question, the staff member was dismissive and came across as quite rude. If you’re looking to stay in a lively, crowded area of Palma, this hotel may suit you. However, based on our experience, we would choose to stay elsewhere on the island next time, where there are quieter and more enjoyable options."

"We like the location of this hotel but overall would not stay here again. You enter off the street into a lobby with a sign that tells you to take the elevator to the 7th floor to the lobby. We did this and the check-in process for us was ridiculously long. Like 45 min long and we were the only people there. In our room, we could hear people in their adjoining rooms and people walking upstairs. Thank goodness we travel with a sound machine because the street noise was loud in the room too. The room was small but the bathroom was strange, small and awkward. Breakfast was weak at best. Compared to the many other European hotels we have stayed at during our 1 month visit this was on the bottom of the list. "

"The reception staff were excellent, very helpful and nice. Breakfast was good. Fantastic location. Room nice but could be improved. Great toiletries, I would like to have tissues in room and not have to ask at reception. I would recommend this hotel. "

"Lovely rooms & bathrooms, bed linen & towels. Great breakfast selection. One negative for me, the English breakfast tea bags at breakfast buffet were poor quality; i used 3 tea bags to try to get a little strength in my tea."

"Right in the heart of Palma, easy and walkable access to restaurants, bars and shops. Highlight is the roof top bar with great food and drinks. Rooms are a good size and well equipped. Staff very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay!"
