"Great location right in the heart of the historic city center. The hotel is on the third floor. Check-in and check-out can be a bit confusing since you need a key to use the elevator, but it does make things feel more secure. The place is very clean, and the staff are really helpful and friendly."

"Veronica from the lobby contacted us and met us at the hotel. The lobby is one flight up stairs. She carried my wife's bag up. The rooms are huge and newly refurbished with modern fixtures. The hotel is situated in a wing of an old monastery and some historical architectural elements have been preserved. The hotel is close to the Duomo, restaurants, and the architectural museum. Taxi pickup and dropoff worked well."
