"Front desk staff were exceptionally helpful with maps of Naples and getting us transported. Restaurant/bar staff were great and accommodating of our large group who decided to have dinner there. Food was great…drinks were better!"

"Loved the shower. Everything was nice, finding the place at first was difficult as the entrance can look a little scary. But the host was very nice, I did have issues with the internet which got resolves. Easy 6 minute walk to shops and busy areas."

"I don’t write many reviews but I feel I have to for our magnificent stay at Smart Hotel. Rooms are extremely clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, location is great.. there was not one wrinkle in our stay. They even held our luggage for free for a week while we travelled to Ischia and back. Can’t wait to stay again"
