One precaution: We were traveling in a large group (10 adults, each with a suitcase and a carry-on) and we were advised that we could not use the free shuttle for the airport. "This hotel was great for a quick visit to Venice. Easily accessed from where the bus from airport drops you off. There was only one long bridge with steps on either side to get to the hotel vs having to go over multiple bridges with your bags. The hotel is <5 minute walk from the train station. Rooms were small but comfortable and quiet. Staff was friendly and the continental breakfast was tasty with good food options. Location is a great base for walking around to explore Venice."

"We had a lovely stay at the Hilton Molino Stucky. It's a beautiful property that has gorgeous views of Venice from its rooms and rooftop. The staff were very accommodating and the water taxi service to the city is very prompt and convenient. Would definitely stay there again."

"All of the staff were very pleasant and Chicara and April at the desk couldn’t be any more helpful and accommodating…excellent service. The rooms were very clean. As in prior reviews the pillows and mattresses weren’t the most comfortable and could use updating. The hotel can also use some sprucing up but hey, it’s Venice. The breakfast was good. Plenty of choices to eat within the area and 5-7 minute walk to St Marks Square, Doge Palace and St Marks Basilica. For the price so close to the square it was reasonable and I would recommend. I found everything in Venice close to the square pricey "
