"Stayed as tourist. City view is pretty great. The park opposite is green and well used by community, lively and wholesome. Very much in Chinatown and near to Little Italy. Neighborhood isn't unpleasant, but didn't hang out there a lot. Good for transport access uptown. Cose to Wall Street, Battery Park, and access to Brooklyn bridge or ferry stops on East River. Walking distance it is close to lower East side, Tribeca to West, financial District to the south."
"It was a great experience staying at Madison , they are so welcoming and know how to treat their guest well. Will definitely stay there again whenever I am in New York "
"So convenient to check in and stay here. The most comfortable bed ever. Just enough personal space. Loved the sound machine and robe. Very clean and felt very private. "
"Stayed for 2 nights, they were very late making my room up on the 1st day. Even though I was out of the room for the better part of the day. I am an early riser, went down for coffee a few minutes after opening (literally had been waiting for hours) and when ordering a cappuccino, staff literally waved me off saying it was ‘too early” for specialty drinks, and handed me a house coffee.. little off putting.
