"One of, if not the favourite stay we’ve had anywhere in the world in a long time. The hotel is gorgeous and truly unique - very traditional but with brilliant modern amenities and the kindest service. The late night onsen sessions were a favourite. "I had a truly excellent stay at the Hotel Metropolitan Edmont. What stood out the most was the level of cleanliness and organization. My room was spotless every day, perfectly organized, fresh, and very well maintained. You can really feel the attention to detail from the housekeeping team. Breakfast was another highlight - a great selection with both Japanese and Western options, fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Something for everyone. I also used the laundry service and it was fast, efficient, and my clothes came out pristine. Professional staff, quiet and comfortable hotel, and a perfect location. I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!"

The best part of our stay was the airport limousine was across the street so it was very convenient for us to go back to the airport.
